The congregation includes people from all countries. The service is in English. It is a mission of the National Evangelical Church in Lebanon, pastored by Dr. Habib Badr.

Provides health care, educational costs, and helps with rent and food for those people who have refugee status as determined by the UNHCR. Currently, 97% of their services in Lebanon are being provided to Iraqi refugees. Last year, 6 African refugee adults received scholarship to take vocational courses at Byblos Institute.
